Specifically, I have owned the physical touch points that guide user interaction with e-bikes and scooters. Starting from vehicle branding, instructional UX decals, certification labels, interface, or handlebar tags, they need to be considered and align with the ideal user journey as well as the principles of the brand. I collaborated closely with the digital design team to ensure our hardware and our app come together to form the best possible experience.
I also produced manufacturing drawings with full assembly instructions, setting up source files and print ready graphics and rely on my supporting skills such as presentation, brainstorming, and design thinking when necessary.
At Uber I was also responsible for Specs Designs, Documentation, Ad Space Guidelines, CMFs, and Production Arts for all product branding. This include all decals and printed vinyls that goes on any type of bikes and scooters, as well as charging infrastructure and street signage.
